Chinese ride-hailing giant Didi investigated by SEC after U.S. IPO

The U.S. Securities and Trade Fee is investigating Didi after its tarnished preliminary public providing, including additional drive at the Chinese language ride-hailing massive.

Didi mentioned in its annual file, revealed Monday, that it was once contacted by means of the SEC after the corporate went public. The SEC “made inquiries in relation to the offering,” Didi mentioned.
